    Professor Yanyi Huang elected as FRSC

  • Recently, Professor Yanyi Huang from Department of Materials Science & Engineering, College of Engineering, was elected as Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC).

    Royal Society of Chemistry was founded in 1841. With more than 170 years of history, it is the oldest chemistry society in the world. Every year, RSC elects scientists who have made outstanding achievements in the chemistry field or who have made great contributions to the development of chemistry science to be their fellow.

    On December 6th, representative of RSC conferred Professor Yanyi Huang the FRSC certificate on the International Symposium for Chemical Biology, which was held in College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of Peking University.

    Professor Yanyi Huang received both his Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Science degree from College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Peking University. At present, he works as professor in Biodynamic Optical Imaging Center and adjunct professor in College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Peking University.
